Ardmachree Travels

In 2002 we had a wonderful trip across Canada in a VW Westfalia camper 'Adolph'. Our 4 month trip took us to all 10 provinces, covering about 24,000 kms.The chance to visit family and friends as well as the many National Parks and Canadian Historical Sites convinced us that we must plan to do this trip again. White Rabbit in the Bay of Islands

This yacht is named White Rabbit. The first time we have seen her in the Bay of Islands. The previous owners of the Gulf Harbour Marina have owned a succession of White Rabbits.

About Me

Ardmachree: Our 'Home on Wheels' or better known as the 'Wagon Train' is a 38' Dutch Star motor home made by Newmar and powered by a 300 hp Cummins Diesel engine. 'Dutchess' comes with all the comforts that you would find in a small house,frig, freezer,toilet,shower,gas stove,convection oven/microwave,2 TV's and a queen size bed. With no lawns to cut! Behind 'Dutchess' we tow a Suzuki Grande Vitara 4 wheel drive SUV. 'Granny' is used for all our local sightseeing, and running around while the motor home is parked.
