Crossing the border into Montana

Heading south across the border from Alberta into Montana gave us our coolest night, 3.2 c, with a ‘first’ when we refueled and dumped our tanks in the snow. The service station had to plow their lot that morning, we still had lots of the ‘white stuff’ around. This was not camping weather, the furnace was on at night and the motor home (Dutchess) and our tow car (Granny) were covered in mud.
