Visiting Dick and Marj

We felt the full fury of the weather as we arrived at Dick and Marj's, living in the foothills of the Rockies about an hour north of Calgary. Dick and I attended school together in Quebec and as you can imagine there were many old stories to retell. During our stay the lighting and heavy rain storm put on a spectacular show. A treat was seeing a great grey owl, very close up, as well as the many deer that live and roam in the area.
