Sun City is a 55+ community. That means that there a no schools. 
In the 1960 a property developer named Del Webb started a concept of a town built around golf courses.
Today, there is Sun City, Sun City North and Sun City West, all built around thirty golf courses with circular streets intersected by through boulevards. Mostly the houses are duplex style with one common wall but there are sections of individual houses. Most streets are lined with citrus trees or have a desert land scape.
