On the 8th October we drove to Exeter to catch the train into Boston. It took just over an hour, was very smooth and comfortable and we got off at the main station in downtown Boston. Caught the trolley bus that offered a 17 stop, hop on/hop off narrated tour of the city. We were advised not to drive in as the streets are narrow and winding, and Bostonian's laughingly say, were laid out by the cattle when Boston was a small town.
