Another day we drove from Northwood out to Portmouth on the New Hampshire coast, which is very short about 30 kms, being between the States of Maine and Massachusetts. The coast reminded us very much of the drive along the water front out of Victoria, B. C. in the Oak Bay area. We are finding that in the summer, all public beaches you have to pay an admission or have an annual pass to access.
On the drive back to Northwood and Saddleback we took this photo of a farm house which is typical of the area with the house and barn attached to each other by a connecting building.
