Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. We missed the last shuttle take off to the space station by a week. Jetty Park Camp Ground would be an excellent place to see a launch from as if is on the south side of the port entrance and the launch site is only about five miles to the north with only sand dunes in between.
